Description
Our handmade French macarons are a perfect gift for birthdays, weddings, bridal and baby showers, graduations, and corporate events. All macarons are gluten free and made fresh to order. We use only the finest ingredients in our fillings which include a variety of buttercreams, ganaches, and jams. We mix and pipe each cookie by hand to give it the perfect balance of crunch, chew, and softness.
**Please note: Macarons need to be kept airtight to stay fresh and should be kept refrigerated for up to one week or frozen for one month . If macarons are left out they will become stale and hard. They should be consumed at room temperature. We take great care in wrapping each package to ensure they are delivered fresh to you. Because of the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds due to breakage or lack of flavor from improper storage.**
Shipping:
Sweet Sammie Jane’s ships macarons throughout the United States using USPS as our third party shipping carrier.
Orders are only shipped nationwide, using USPS two-day shipping, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, or holidays.
All deliveries are sent using USPS Priority mail 1-3-day service to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit.
Sweet Sammie Jane’s is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged by the post office. We provide a tracking number with every shipment. Please contact USPS if you’re package is missing or damaged. If you’d like to add insurance to your order please let us know before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
Our macarons are shipped in custom designed packaging to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. However, because of the fragile nature of macarons, some breakage of the macaron shell may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste and quality of our product.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Sweet Sammie Jane’s does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges. Macarons will dry out if left exposed and should be transferred to an airtight container immediately upon arrival. Macarons may be stored airtight in the refrigerator for one week or in the freezer for up to one month.
Our macarons are filled with a variety of buttercream, jams, and ganaches. Some flavors may look similar, but none are the same. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our product.
